In October 2023, the NSW government opened up $10m of co-funding for EV charging infrastructure in strata buildings. 28th February 2025 saw the launch of $25m by Anthony Albanese and Chris Minns of Solar for Apartments (SoAR)  rebates. These are for solar systems which feed solar power into individual apartments to reduce cost-of-living pressures....
