Wattblock provides common area hot water feasibility studies for residential strata schemes based upon heat pumps or heat pumps and solar. This provides hot water at up to 1/10th the cost of gas hot water storage systems. It is a new concept for strata so needs some explaining for strata committee members and owners to understand two different renewable energies - air temperature and sunlight. Switching the method of heating water in a common plant opens the possibility of avoiding the Jemena (State Grid of China/Singapore Power) meter reading monopoly through eliminating connection fees and meter reading fees. Request a quotation, download our fact sheets and case studies or watch a heat pump for strata apartment buildings webinar.
