Electric and Hybrid Vehicles are cars, motorbikes and other vehicles that can be charged from an electrical power supply and are considered to be better for the environment. Charging systems can be set up in different ways including private, common, metered, and un-metered.
Whether or not you have an electric vehicle today, chances are that somebody in your building has one or is currently considering buying one. In Europe electric vehicle sales have already exceeded 85% in some countries such as Norway. Recent changes by the NSW government to stimulate the uptake of EV's includes dropping stamp duty on electric vehicles and providing a $3,000 rebate on the next 25,000 EV's purchased which are under $68,000 in value.
This survey is to assist in planning for provision of charging facilities inside your building. This may influence the rate of adoption of electric vehicles and effect valuations and demand for rental premises.
