Strata Managers, town planners, architects, local councils, Owner Corporation Network (OCN) members and body corporate committees have been benefiting from Wattblock Training Programs. Participants have received CPD points from SCA and the Board of Architects of Queensland.
Following release of a research paper on Electric Vehicle recharge by research partners Wattblock and Griffith University, Sydney City Council invited Wattblock to present on the topic. This led to a deeper study on Electric Vehicle Recharge in Strata, thanks to funding from City of Sydney Council, and other project partners including Griffith University and Energex.
Wattblock was part of the initial consultation phase for NABERS for Apartments, run by NSW Office of Environment & Heritage, who are developing the national standard. Wattblock has since participated in further briefings on NABERS for apartments with SCA (NSW) and SCA (National). Wattblock has also supplied data to the NABERS team to assist them in developing the new NABERS for apartments standard.
